About Us
We’re Benjamin and Aviva, a husband-and-wife team proud to share our love of northern Michigan with you.
Streamside started as our own retreat. Aviva grew up near Traverse City, and we dreamed of having a private, restorative place to stay whenever we came north to visit family. When we found this home tucked among the trees, we decided to purchase it and poured ourselves into every detail of the renovation. We lived here while designing it, upgrading every finish, and adding the touches our guests have told us “make it feel special”.  It’s a place we truly love and still use ourselves often, whenever we can.
This isn’t just another rental—it’s our sanctuary, and a reflection of what we value most: peace, comfort, and a deep connection to nature. Every guest who stays here becomes part of that story, and we hope you feel the same sense of wonder on the property that inspired us to create Streamside.
